Cartwheel City Privacy Policy

EFFECTIVE DATE: OCTOBER 27, 2026

Cartwheel City is a game for kids made by Green Bomber Gaming LLC ("we" or "us"), a small game studio in Pennsylvania, USA. This policy is written for parents and guardians. It explains what the game does with information on iPhone, iPad and Android devices.

The short version

We do not collect, store or share personal information from your child or from you. Cartwheel City has no accounts, no ads, no analytics, no tracking, no chat and no social features. We never see what your child does in the game.

What stays on your device

The game saves your child's progress, settings and the optional gymnast name they can type (up to 16 characters). All of this is saved only on your device. It is never sent to us or to anyone else, and we have no servers for the game.

Deleting the game from the device deletes this saved data.

On iPhone and iPad, if you use iCloud Backup or back up to a computer, those backups may include the game's saved data. Those backups are controlled by you and Apple, and we cannot see them. On Android, the game is set up so its saved data is not included in Android backups.

When the game goes online

Cartwheel City only connects to the internet to buy the full game and to check whether it has already been bought (for example, when you tap Restore). It does not load ads, web content or anything else while your child plays.

Links that leave the game, such as the link to this policy, are behind a parent gate.

Purchases

Cartwheel City is free to try. A one-time purchase unlocks the full game. The price is shown by the App Store or Google Play in your local currency before you buy. There are no subscriptions and nothing else to buy.

Purchase buttons are behind a parent gate, so a child cannot reach a purchase screen on their own.

On iPhone and iPad, Apple handles the purchase through the App Store, under Apple's privacy policy. On Android, Google handles the purchase through Google Play, under Google's privacy policy. We never see your payment details or your Apple or Google account details. The game only learns from the store whether the full game is unlocked on that device.

Apple and Google send us standard sales and payout reports, such as order numbers, dates, prices and the country or region of a purchase. These reports are about the parent's purchase, not about your child, and we use them only for our business records and to help with refunds or support.

Google Play's billing library (Android only)

Google requires Android games that sell in-app purchases to use Google Play's billing library, which is built into the Android version of the game. Google says this library includes logging that shows Google how its billing features are used. This means the library sends Google technical diagnostic information, such as the device model, Android version, language and country settings, network type, time zone, the game's version, and whether billing requests worked.

Based on our review of the version we use, this information does not include the device's advertising ID or Android ID, and it does not include anything your child types or how they play, beyond the fact that the game was opened and any purchase or restore attempts and their results. Google handles this information under its own privacy policy. We do not receive it.

The iPhone and iPad version does not include this library. Apple's purchase system is part of iOS.

Children's privacy

Cartwheel City is made for children. In the United States, the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) requires parental consent before a game made for children collects personal information from them. Because Cartwheel City does not collect personal information from children, it does not ask for that consent.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from any child. If we ever change the game in a way that would collect personal information from children, we will update this policy first and get verifiable parental consent before collecting anything.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share any information about your child or you, because the game does not collect any. We do not use any third-party advertising, analytics or tracking tools. Apple and Google handle purchases as described above.

Data retention and deletion

The game sends us no personal information, so there is none for us to keep or delete. The data saved on your device stays there until you delete the game.

If you email us, we use your email only to answer you, and we keep it only as long as we need to help you and keep our business records. You can ask us to delete your emails with us at any time. If a child emails us, we reply once and then delete the message.

Security

Because the game does not send personal information to us, there is no personal information on our side to protect. The game's saved data is protected by your device's own security, such as its passcode.

Your choices

You can delete all of the game's saved data at any time by deleting the game from the device. On iPhone and iPad, this does not remove copies in your existing iCloud or computer backups.

You can contact us at any time with questions about this policy or your child's privacy.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date. If a change would mean collecting personal information from children, we will get verifiable parental consent before doing so.
