Green Bomber Gaming LLC ("we", "us") makes games. This policy explains what information we collect, why, who else touches it, and what you can do about it.
Our games work differently, so this policy is split by game. Clash of the Territories has optional accounts and a public leaderboard. Making the Towns and Tideline collect nothing at all.
We do not use advertising, we do not use third party analytics, and we do not sell or share your information with anyone.
You can play without signing in. If you do, we still record some information about the session so we can understand how the game is used:
None of this identifies you by name. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser data for the site.
Signing in with Google is optional and is used for ranked play and saved progress. When you sign in, Google confirms your identity and provides your email address, which is held by our authentication provider so you can log back in. We also read your Google display name once, to prefill the name box, but we do not store it unless you accept it as your display name.
We do not receive or store your Google profile picture, your Google account identifier, or anything else from your Google account.
| What | Why |
|---|---|
| An account identifier | To link your saves and scores to you |
| Your email address | Held by our authentication provider so you can sign back in. It is not copied into the game's own tables. |
| A display name you choose | Shown on the leaderboard |
| Scores, achievements, and saved games | So your progress persists |
This matters, so it is stated plainly. If you submit a score, your display name, score, verdict, and the show you booked are published to a leaderboard that anyone can see. Choose a display name you are comfortable being public. We do not publish your email address.
These games require no account, ask for no personal information, and use no analytics or tracking. Your progress is saved on your own device and is never sent to us. Deleting the app deletes the data.
If you buy or download them through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or Steam, those platforms handle the transaction under their own privacy policies. We may receive anonymous, aggregated sales and crash reports. We do not receive anything that identifies you.
| Who | What they do |
|---|---|
| Supabase | Hosts our database and handles Google sign-in |
| Netlify | Hosts the website and keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, as any web host does |
| Provides the sign-in itself. Nothing more. |
These are service providers acting on our behalf. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it for anything other than running the games. Our data is processed in the United States.
You can delete your Clash of the Territories account from the account menu inside the game. This removes your scores, saved games, achievements, and profile, and clears the game's data from your browser.
Your sign-in record is held separately by our authentication provider and is removed within thirty days. If you would rather we handle the whole thing, or you cannot reach the in-game option, email greenbombergaming@proton.me and we will do it for you.
Account and gameplay data is kept until you delete it or ask us to. We do not currently delete inactive accounts automatically. Web server logs are kept by our host for their standard period.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, take a copy of it, or object to how it is used. This includes rights under the GDPR in Europe and the UK, and the CCPA in California. California residents also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them, which we would not do in any case.
To exercise any of these, email greenbombergaming@proton.me. We will respond within thirty days, we will not charge you, and we will not ask you to justify it.
Our games are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Signing in to Clash of the Territories stores a session token in your browser so you stay signed in. The anonymous player identifier described above is stored in your browser's local storage, not as a cookie.
If you email us, we will have your email address and whatever you write. We use it to answer you and nothing else. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not operate one.
If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than slipped in quietly.
