The short version: we do not use advertising, we do not use third party analytics, and we do not sell or share your information with anyone. Most of our games collect nothing at all. Where a game does collect something, it is listed below, along with why and how to delete it.

In every game
Unless a game's section below says otherwise:
- There are no ads, no analytics, and no tracking.
- Your progress and settings are saved on your own device and are never sent to us. Deleting the game deletes them.
- Games bought or downloaded through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or Steam are handled by those platforms under their own privacy policies. We may receive anonymous, aggregated sales and crash reports. We do not receive anything that identifies you.
Tideline
Tideline is available on iPhone and Android. It collects nothing. It has no accounts, makes no network connections, and never asks for your name, email, or any other details. Your progress, puzzle stars, postcards, Daily Challenge scores, and settings are saved only on your own device, and deleting the app deletes them.
If we add online features to Tideline in a future update, we will update this policy before they go live.
Clash of the Territories
Playing without an account
You can play without signing in. If you do, we still record some information about the session so we can understand how the game is used:
- An anonymous player identifier, randomly generated and stored in your browser. It persists between visits and lets the game suggest modes you have not tried yet, and lets us count how many distinct people play.
- The page that referred you to the game, if any.
- Whether you are on a mobile or desktop device.
- What you did in the game: mode played, scores, verdicts, and the show you booked.
None of this identifies you by name. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser data for the site.
Signing in
Signing in with Google is optional and is used for ranked play and saved progress. When you sign in, Google confirms your identity and provides your email address, which is held by our authentication provider so you can log back in. We also read your Google display name once, to prefill the name box, but we do not store it unless you accept it as your display name.
We do not receive or store your Google profile picture, your Google account identifier, or anything else from your Google account.

The leaderboard is public
This matters, so it is stated plainly. If you submit a score, your display name, score, verdict, and the show you booked are published to a leaderboard that anyone can see. Choose a display name you are comfortable being public. We do not publish your email address.
Deleting your account and data
You can delete your Clash of the Territories account from the account menu inside the game. This removes your scores, saved games, achievements, and profile, and clears the game's data from your browser.
Your sign-in record is held separately by our authentication provider and is removed within thirty days. If you would rather we handle the whole thing, or you cannot reach the in-game option, email support@greenbombergaming.com and we will do it for you.
This website
greenbombergaming.com does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking of any kind, and it does not store anything in your browser. Our fonts and images are served from our own site, so loading a page does not send your information to anyone else. Our web host keeps standard server logs, described below.
Email updates
If you sign up for updates, we collect the email address you enter. It is stored by Netlify, which hosts this site and processes the form. We use it only to send news about our games, such as release dates, beta invites, and development updates. We do not sell it, share it, or use it for anything else.
To stop getting updates, reply to any update or email support@greenbombergaming.com. We will remove your address and delete your signup.
Who else handles your data

These are service providers acting on our behalf. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it for anything other than running our games and sending the updates you asked for. Our data is processed in the United States.
How long we keep things
Account and gameplay data is kept until you delete it or ask us to. We do not currently delete inactive accounts automatically. Email signups are kept until you unsubscribe. Web server logs are kept by our host for their standard period.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, take a copy of it, or object to how it is used. This includes rights under the GDPR in Europe and the UK, and the CCPA in California. California residents also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them, which we would not do in any case.
To exercise any of these, email support@greenbombergaming.com. We will respond within thirty days, we will not charge you, and we will not ask you to justify it.
Children
Our games are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
Cookies and browser storage
We do not use tracking or advertising cookies anywhere. This website stores nothing in your browser. Signing in to Clash of the Territories stores a session token in your browser so you stay signed in, and the anonymous player identifier described above is stored in your browser's local storage, not as a cookie.
If you contact us
If you email us, we will have your email address and whatever you write. We use it to answer you and nothing else. Emailing us does not add you to our updates list. Only signing up does that.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than slipped in quietly.
